The Effect of Entrepreneurial Work Environment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Entrepreneurial work environment equates to empowerment. The study aimed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial work environment on organizational citizenship behaviour. Related literature and studies were reviewed to provide an in-depth concept. It employed the assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study consists of all the Divine Word College of Laoag employees using total enumeration sampling. The data gathering was made possible via adopted research questionnaires, while weighted mean and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The study reflected the respondents’ high entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour. The analysis of variance suggests a significant correlation between entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour. It is emphasized that positive changes in the entrepreneurial work environment are necessary for enhancing organizational citizenship behaviour
