Turning up the power of employees
It is easy to increase efficiency when your manufacturing processes are automated ‐ all you do is turn up the speed. But it is different when the only resource a company has is people. There are no knobs one can turn to speed up an employee. However, Manpower Scandinavia may have found a way to increase profit, efficiency and productivity simply by getting employees to work to their full capacity ‐ by their own choosing.
