Effect of Education, Training, and Motivation on Employee Perfomance At PT Inti Sukses Garmindo
This employee performance problem is known from the existence of employees who make mistakes at work. This error causes employees to have to work again to improve the work they have done. The problem of less than optimal employee performance is possible because of the low education, training, and motivation of employees so far. To find out the main problems that cause low employee performance, this study will discuss studies on the relationship between education and employee performance, the relationship between training and employee performance, the relationship between motivation and employee performance, and whether education, training and employee motivation affect employee performance. Therefore, this study will show (1) the effect of education on the performance of company employees, (2) the effect of training on the performance of company employees, (3) the influence of motivation on the performance of company employees, (4) the influence of education and motivation on employee performance, (5 ) the effect of training and motivation on the performance of employees, (6) the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of company employees partially and, (7) the effect of education, training, and motivation on the performance of company employees simultaneously
