Kundenkarten als Instrument der Kundenbindung in Klein- und Mittelunternehmen
Klein- und mittlere Unternehmen (in der Folge KMU genannt) stellen die Säulen der Wirtschaft dar. Als maßgebliche Träger der Wertschöpfungskette müssen diese sich in diesen wirtschaftlich schweren Zeiten neuen Herausforderungen stellen. Maximierung des Unternehmenserfolges ist eine fundamentale Anforderung der Betriebswirtschaft. Das in diesem Zusammenhang am meisten verwendete Zauberwort lautet Kundenzufriedenheit. Doch wie wird Kundenbindung in Verbindung mit Kundenzufrieden und -loyalität geschaffen? Es gibt unzählige Ansätze im Marketing und genau dies erschwert es KMU einen Überblick zu erhalten. Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit behandelt zuerst wesentliche theoretische Grundlagen, welche in der Literatur erschöpfend behandelt werden, um diese KMU verständlich näher zu bringen. Dies wird ergänzt durch die Beschreibung des Zusammenhangs zwischen Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenbindung und deren Einfluss auf die Wirkungskette der Kundenbeziehung. Die Entscheidungsfindung zur Einführung eines CRM-Modells in Abhängigkeit von unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen und Zielsetzungen wird in einem Exkurs dargestellt.Aufbauend auf der KMU Definition und den Kundenbindungsmöglichkeiten für KMU werden Kundenkarten als Instrument der Kundenbindung dargestellt. Es gibt sehr viele unternehmens- und marktabhängige Unsicherheitsfaktoren. Der Wettbewerb ist in einem ständigen Wechsel, die Reaktion darauf und der Einsatz von Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen kann einen entscheidenden Vorteil gegenüber der Konkurrenz darstellen. Ob Kundenkarten ein empfehlenswertes Instrument sind, um Kunden an das KMU zu binden, bildet den Abschluss dieser Diplomarbeit.
